To ensure safety and compliance with regulations and insurance, I do not perform:
- major electrical work (including Starkstrom / three-phase)
- major plumbing work (moving pipes, boilers, sewer systems)
- gas line installation or repairs
- structural construction work (walls, roof structure, foundations).
